Return & Refund Policy

At CaseCrushers, we do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect.

  • To be eligible for a refund due to a manufacturing issue, you must contact us at contact@casecrushers.com with proof (photos/videos) of the defect within 7 days of delivery.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

  • No refunds will be processed for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
