At CaseCrushers, we do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a refund due to a manufacturing issue, you must contact us at contact@casecrushers.com with proof (photos/videos) of the defect within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

No refunds will be processed for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
